I’m Tamara Stevens, a psychologist, writer, wife, parent, and self-professed productivity geek. Now I’ve embraced simpler living, getting things done in a way that works for me, a way that won’t pin me in to a stifling, complicated system. I hope to help others do the same.
I hold a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, and have over 20 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. In my clinical practice, I specialize in assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns, including ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, childhood behavior problems, anxiety, and depression.
In my personal life, I am a married mother of three children who has always been a planner and organizer. I enjoy all things productivity related, but I believe there is a better way to get things done–a slower, more fulfilling way.
I combine the tenets of minimalism and intentional living with my knowledge of psychological principles to help others create their own best life. I believe people can only achieve fulfillment by accepting their needs, recognizing their strengths, and using these insights to develop a personalized system that works for them.
